Tony Award winning actress, singer, and dancer Sutton Foster, known for her work on Broadway and the hit TV show, "Younger", asked Studio 165+ to concept and design her third studio album, "Take Me to the World". As a part of the design team, we were responsible for art directing the photoshoot and creating the album artwork and assets for the record.
The album is a testament to the current transition she faces in her life of balancing work, fame, and becoming a new mother. The playful illustrations represent this stage in her life. The flowers reference femininity, swirls symbolize transitions, and imagery of stars and moons relate to themes and lyrics throughout the album.
